Feeling very disheartened to have to write this review, especially since I'm not in the business of discrediting peoples companies, however under the circumstances feel it is warranted. In summary, poor to no communication on vehicle progress, poor pre delivery quality checking, resulting in multiple return visits and then the final straw, made a small scratch at the area they were correcting and are now denying any and all responsibility, with a very hostile attitude. Whilst I was happy with the general quality of their work, hence no previous negative reviews, their customer service and especially attitude when issues are raised leaves much to be desired. I am expecting a response, but thought to place a cautionary warning out there. I will not be looking to take any further business to them.
