Two weeks ago I found a vehicle that I liked online, called Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham and asked if I could swing by to take a look at it. I was able to schedule an appointment right a way. Greg Melanson was my salesman, and upon arriving at the dealership I spotted the vehicle up front of the dealership. The showroom was spotless and beautiful. Greg was gracious enough to stay long after the dealership was closed so we could take care of the paperwork. The whole staff was very helpful and professional.
On the day of the delivery of the vehicle, it had a huge red bow on top, which was unexpected and a nice surprise. Thank you Greg.
All in all, I had a stress free and pleasant buying experience.
