I am a recent user of Plastiq, just started 3 months ago. As others have mentioned during the 1st payment i had to send my lease but that wasn't a problem. I like the easy of use of sending payments. The only feature i wish they had was some notification for tracking the payment cycle like when they receive the mail, when the payment is posted etc. So far its been great! i would highly recommend this service to a friend.
