***LONG PHONE WAIT TIMES ARE UNACCEPTABLE IN THIS INDUSTRY. I just opened an account and the process is a night mare. Funding it is the worst part and the people that work there are fresh graduates I could sense.I like the IQ edge that is why I am trying them but probably will move to Trade Zero or Interactive Brokers. I wanted something local but will have to see if how much I could put up with these guys.
