I asked reception staff for a tutorial session as there was some equipment I was not fully confident in using. Reception said that a personal trainer would be in touch.

A PT called James then reached out to me. When I enquired about a tutorial, he did not reply: just simply ghosted me. It has been over a month now since writing this.

James's behaviour was rude and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that this is not representive of staff culture at this gym.
