Let my dog down that was diagnosed by another veterinarian enlarge heart with terrible heart murmur and never even sent her xras that I payed extra for were never sent to Cardiologist after they told me they had. This was one of many many problems after 2 years of there wellness plan I payed for never even got an apology. They SUCK
