The customer service line is horrible. I sold my shares and asked for selling the USD to CAD after three business days later. They said it required and hour. However, it took the next business days to receive. I called back every hour and they kept repeating the same answer " I apologize for the delayed. The representative is currently busy taking care the other client. Please call back or he will return your call". I need the fund emergency. I can't trust them no more and going to cancel the account once and for all.
