This hotel feels like you're in Shangri-la hotel, though smaller, the whole ambiance is very relaxing, staffs are always smiling and the amenities are at par with some 5 star hotel. It's connection to landmark mall and other big commercial establishments is a plus factor, their parking is a bit limited but that's it, the food is great, gave it a 4 star and will definitely comeback and recommend this hotel
