Customer service is not serious! I make an order for a product which is indicated in stock, and the next day I am told that the product is unavailable! I repeat an order and again the same problem! I do not understand that they charge their customers when the product is not even in stock! I call her so that they can give me my refunds and always a phony apology! I've been waiting 350 weeks for a refund of 350! This site is really to be avoided !!!
