Our food was ok. The best dinner was the crab stuffed shrimp, it had great flavor and sides. The worse was the pan seared halibut, dry and no flavors. The sad thing is the worse plate was the recommendation. The service was good till the plates were cleared and trash was obviously left behind, but they filled up water and were fairly attentive. The lobster bisque was the best appetizer. Pass on the clam chowder and the coconut shrimp...you can get them better elsewhere. The chocolate mousse cake was not too chocolatey, some loved it and the chocolate lover at our table said it was good but she wouldn't order it again. The creme brulee had a great crack and the edges were perfectly carmelized but the middle was over toasted and tasted a bit burnt. Over all the meal was ok but not great, the plates aren't cleaned before serving them and they could be a bit nicer in the display. The view was beautiful of the river life of Portland though.
