If there was an opportunity to select no stars, this would be it!!
Staff are very rude, ignorant, made us feel very unwelcome, we requested many times for water and they ignored our request.
The beds were rubbish and very hard to sleep in.
The cleaning staff were nowhere to be seen.
This is not a 5* hotel and I beg you all to stay away for your own benefit.
