I can tell Northside Lexus service department has made some changes they are more professiona. The people who greet you and advisors make you feel welcomed.It was nice to have the service manager welcome by name and a friendly smile. Caleb did an awesome job getting to everyone quickly and professionally. Thank you for the improvements and you can tell difference compared to about a year ago.
