These people are an absolute joke. They will not let you view anything related to how your HOA spends money and are extremely lax about doing anything productive. Our condos HOA brings in over $250,000 annually and we see zero improvements to our complex (which we own mind you, we do not rent). The paint job was awful, and done unprofessionally, parts of the tailing are falling off, the parking lot has been patched beyond repair, snow removal is a maybe if there s 6 plus of snow, and the lawn care they provide is bottom grade (workers will run over trash and not bother to pick it up making it worse than before).
