KLIA had to be one of the worst airports I've ever flown from. It looks nice, but there system is so flawed. Had to wait at immigration for 90 mins for a departing flight! There were at least 20 people who were going to miss there flights if the workers didn't make announcements and come pull them out of there lines. Our flight was delayed by 45 mins due to such people.
