I picked up a load from them, they wrote wrong address of shipper on the load confirmation. My truck was at that location and called Megellan to inform, After hour dispatcher told us that they will pay for lay over, wait for tomorrow morning dispatcher to fix the issue. I called early morning and spoke with dispatcher and he sent the correct address on my cell phone. I went to that second place and picked up the load. I kept on asking them to send me new confirmation with detention but they never did. I delivered the load and sent Invoice asking for layover but they been dishonest and kept saying, they never got a phone call from us. I said, they can check my phone bill- I called after hour dispatcher and so sit their as been told. They denied to pay. Please use other companies if have choices, Chad (Manager) and Sidney Shrilling (dispatcher) are not professional and very dishonest. I believe in "KARMA". Please do not pick their load and do not do any business with them.
