Shameful crook.
No contract sent no signed contract NO SUBSCRIPTION.
I call them because it's been a year since my father-in-law (elderly person) is withdrawn from 2 withdrawals per month which would be the amount of contributions. (therefore 2 contributions per month) plus amounts of 300th deduction which does not refer to anything.
Then we call several times, we are told that we must send an email to explain the situation.
Following this 5 mails sent ZERO RESPONSE. forced to block direct debit from my bank.
No solution possible.
Well done the crooks.
