I was very disappointed in the service I received ...

I was very disappointed in the service I received from Nigel. I waited 4 days for him to send me the offer to purchase. When he eventually sent it to me he also informed me that someone has paid a holding fee on the vehicle the same day he sent me the offer to purchase. If he had sent me the offer to purchase when I asked for it I would have bought the vehicle before any of the holding fee issue happened.
