If I could give less than one star I would. My daughter purchased a season pass to Knott's which she used one time before Covid-19 hit. We are moving out of state and asked Knott's for a refund, which they refused to give. They claim they'll only honor the pass for the rest of 2020, if they reopen the park. They have suspended payments for people on the season pass payment plan but refuse refunds for those who paid in full. Great, that's super helpful Knott's! I'll never go to Knott's or any other Cedar Fair property again. They have totally lost my trust and business.
