I contact this dealership yesterday (Sunday) around 12:45pm. Muhammed text me immediately after my inquiry. We made an appoint for today at 10am. I specifically told him the price that I wanted to pay for a specific vehicle they showed on the lot. (I already have my own financing elsewhere). He said and I quote, As I told you, I always help my customers above and beyond to give them a great deal!!, you will not be disappointed Trust me. I showed up for my appointment today Monday at 10:08. Mind you they open at 9 am. When I arrived he showed me a vehicle (that was NOT) the one I inquired about. It had more miles on it and when you opened the passenger door it made a loud noise. He assured that it was not in an accident as the carfax was clean... but the noise isn t normal. I told him I wanted to see the one I inquired about so he drove us to their other Sterling McCall Toyota dealership. He went to talk to someone came back and said the vehicle I wanted to see had been sold this morning. A *total get you to come in and try to sell you a car you didn t ask for* move. So then he kept making comments to try to get me interested in the one he showed me. Which I was not looking for. I would never go back here nor recommend Muhammed because he deceived me to come in. I drove 25 minutes to come in for nothing.
