Car shopping can be quite stressful! However, I contacted Lawrence Kia and spoke with Nick W. He was phenomenal. His customer service was fantastic, he answered all of my 100 questions (or more), and if he was stuck not knowing the exact response, he got back to me in a timely manner! I ended up not accepting the first offer and I was pretty worried I would be getting nagging phone calls like your typical dealership. However, Nick, was different. He called me several days later asking if I was still in the market for a car and if I was still interested. He helped me purchase my very first Lincoln MKC that I am loving! He was so patient with me, explained everything, AND provided everything I asked for. It was truly one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. I was never pushed to purchase a vehicle, he explained everything thoroughly. I drove from Salina, KS because I received a great deal, but not just that, customer service goes a long ways. My vehicle was cleaned and my gas tank was full! I went above my budget, because the vehicle came with everything I desired AND due to Nick's exceptional service! My husband and I are very satisfied!
