I have worked with Louis Gervais Fine Foods on a couple of weddings and wedding industry events in Vancouver and my clients and I have always been delighted with their food and excellent service, before and during the event. Chef Louis creates imaginative and delicious menus, and the event planning team (including Elisa and Nicole) take care of all the details to make sure the food and beverage service runs smoothly and all guests are well taken care of. The staff on-site at their events is courteous, efficient, and professional, and I always hear rave reviews about the food. I highly recommend working with Louis Gervais Fine Foods and Catering!
