Upright has been the employee that's not on your payroll. We manage two retail tire company's in the Memphis, Tn area with 12 locations. Colleen is our point of contact or you could say were her point of contact because she and her staff contacts you with info before it gets to you (rare these days). Website company's are a dime a dozen these days, but one that actually does what they say there going to do and then exceed them are hard to find in any business. Being in retail for twenty plus years now, I am a huge critic with everything now, including myself.
