HORRIBLE!!!! Samsung assigned them to a repair on ...

HORRIBLE!!!! Samsung assigned them to a repair on 1 of my appliances and connected me to them direct..They pick up the phone and no hello or nothing and put you on hold without even telling you they are. Then after 10 minutes of nonsense they give you an appt with no window they say they will call you on that day to tell you time of arrival. As if we dont work and we can be home all day. Rude service rep on phone and treats you as if they are doing you a favor. I went ahead and called samsung back and told them i wanted nothing to do with them and they assigned DISH HOME SERVICES what a difference they did a video call saw the problem and now know what parts they should bring and gave me a 3 hour window for service call
