Same thing happened to me as a few others on the reviews. My college loans went to this place. Neither one of my parents went to college so I really wasn't aware of how loans worked. Long story short they ended up in collections. Which is fine, however...
I agreed to pay this place the 5$ a month for a full year. After that they told me I would be placed on the list to be able to go back to school. When I made my last payment they told me that they needed all of these documents from me. When I sent the the documents, they told me that I was no longer able to back to school and that I needed to start paying 75$ per month instead of the 5$ per month. The told me that the year would now start over... This place lied to me and others. They seem to have good customer service but I don't understand how they can get away with lying to so many people.
