Buyer Beware!!! Very Poor quality replacement parts sold at hefty prices.
I purchased 3 PM kits for a Perkin Elmer MultiProbe from this company only to receive a combination of used and substandard parts. About 30% of the tubing came with defective fittings that leak. If you need high quality parts for your lab equipment, this is not the place for you.
* By the way, they are just ignoring my requests to return the kits.

To add more details to this 11-2016: They claim that they are still waiting for pictures but I sent them photos and complete explanations of the problems only to be ignored.
It's funny how every response from Rithum includes this statement - "Rithum manufactures over 1000 tubing sets a year and never in 5 years have we had a failure." That's when I knew we were getting bent over! Anytime someone repeats the same statement - it means they are trying to convince you that it is true.

We would just like to return the crappy parts so we can use the refund toward good parts. I wish that I could remove the one star rating as that is much more than they deserve.
