First off, I ve gone to the Ale House on multiple different occasions, but I ve got to say that I was disappointed. As soon as we pulled up to find a parking spot there were at least 2-3 employees hanging out by the back door smoking which in and of itself isn t a problem, but not the best presentation when you re first pulling up and not really knowing if they re the ones cooking your meal. Next, the food was mediocre along with the service. First meal came out wrong, then took well over 30 minutes to come back correct. This was disappointing as it only took less than 5 minutes when it was time to print my check, and even less than that to come back and pick up the card to pay. I rated a 2 because I m comparing this Ale House to other Ale House s. Good luck with having better service when you come as I don t fully want to speak for all.
