Food was good but service was ok. We asked if by chance we could move to another table because we weren't comfortable with where we were sitting. Normally where we sit is never an issue, however we knew that we are paying for not only good food there, but also the fine dining experience and atmosphere. Which in my opinion , was hard to enjoy considering our table was tilted downward on one end and every time a server or guest walked past us it felt like we were going to fall through the floor. We politely asked our waitress if we could relocate to another open table and she said she had to ask management. Of course they said "no" and gave us an excuse as to why because of how they make reservations. Since when did making sure your table seating order become more important than your guest? This was the second time this restaurant and how they do things has let us down. The first time was when we wanted to dine there for valentine's and they told us they had to have our credit card number to hold a reservation and if we didn't show they would charge us a fee. It's like its their way or no way. I have worked in many restaurants before and typically they strive to make your guests happy with their dining experience. Yes of course you will have cancellations here and there , that's part of the risk you take with owning a restaurant as your business, but if your restaurant is Awesome you dont have to worry about that much. Truly disappointed, and wont be back. There are plenty of other restaurants out there that serve great food too and would appreciate our business I think more than they do.
