Extremely disappointed. I stayed at the Hyatt Regency last week for a family member s wedding. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean.. But here s the thing.. after checking out of the hotel and heading back home to unpack. While I was unpacking I realized that I was MISSING a brand new pair of Versace sunglasses (pricey designer glasses) just purchased earlier that Friday before checking in. After checking all of my bags car etc. I came to the conclusion that they were GONE. It was a gloomy raining weekend and we are inside most of the day so I left the sunglasses in the room inside of the black plastic bag I received them in when I purchased them. I went into deep thought of where the heck they could be!. When I check out of hotel rooms I do my best to clean up the entire room and leave it as it was when I got there ( checking all drawers, closet, bathroom, fridge, microwave, under the bed!!. I ALWAYS check the room thoroughly before leaving especially when coming from out of town) did I LEAVE them in the room??, did the maid ACCIDENTALLY throw them away? thinking what was in the black bag was TRASH??.. I burst into panic mode immediately CALL THE HOTEL!. After SEVERAL CALLS, being transferred to MUITIPLE Employee/management VOICEMAILS... I finally received a call back the next day and was told we did are investigation , and there s nothing we can do for you . WHATTTTTT!?..

I normally would not turn to an online rating site in attempts to bash anyone. BUT THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!.. get it together!, Hyatt Regency of Bethesda.
