I highly recommend Tim Golden for any US Immigration work. After being duped by another cheesy immigration lawyer in Yorkville, I was referred to Tim's firm from a family friend and they exceeded all expectations. After spend 7 hrs at the border applying for a work visa, Tim was able to quickly update my application on the spot and allowed me to go to a FedEx store in Buffalo and print off all the documents.
