One of the worst experience ever! This hotel IS NOT 4 *STAR by far.
Rooms are old and dirty, Plugs are not working to charge your phone, Lights are not working in the room, Long Q to check in, Room service is bad and staff have very ugly, bad attitude, Their WIFI is not working so what is the point of having free wifi...DSTV doesn't have any signal and not working, perhaps is over due paid account, their coffee test horible and no milk, I have to beg to borrow an umbrella because was porring with rain outside, the whole building and lobby smell of burned food and old fish, at night any stranger and drunk people walk in easy there is no security. it is so expensive, i never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.
