My experience with this company was horrible. I couldn't wait for my one year lease to end. The condo I rented from them was beautiful, right on the intercoastal with ocean views. They totally forget you are the customer after you sign the lease. Very Poor Customer Service. Good luck getting them to fix something.

If your rent payment is due on the first of the month you better pay it by the first, because on the second they will start calling for the money. I had a five day grace period and was never late. Worst leasing experience of my life.
