Today, I had an appointment at 10:30 am for tire rotation, I was waiting in the lobby for 2 and a half hours and no one called me about my car, then I had to go and ask them about it myself, they were serving people that had come an hour after me, and they said I have to wait until they served those people... I had told them that they always put the wrong mileage and date on their service sticker, they always said they dont know how that happened or who was responsible for that error. Also, the service light doesnt come on like its supposed. I dont think these people know what they are doing, and definitely they dont know how to treat their long time customers...I am never going back to this location and I will tell my experience to all my friends and family so that doesnt happened to them either.
