Polite staff way above. Spectrum late for my installation but fast when they finally arrived at the end of my appt window which wasn't made aware of.
My installation was set for 10 when I called at @ 10:30 they informed yit was a 10-1 window I was not told this when I set up my appt the installers were nice but unplugged my time Warner phone in which I was waiting for a call from my neruoligist I missed it as I figured out my phone was unplugged on Sunday
