Good Room, good room facilities, long but narrow swimming pool. you can enjoy Chao phraya river's view. quite disappointed Breakfast: bacon overcook, bakery was cold & bad taste, cheap vegetable on salad bar, serve with canned fruits. chefs should improve how to cook eggs, under construction in many part of hotel.
The rooms are good but the hospitality could be improved. Crisis breakfast, bakery is broken, pancakes are still bad. Fried eggs are not doing well. Deep-fried bacon, cheap vegetable salad, melted fruit juice, little coldcut, put canned fruit into serving bowl. Understand that COVID, but not an excuse for a global brand. If not ready to be classified as a Buffet A la cart, it is well organized and will serve better. Wearing a sleeveless sports shirt, can't enter the restaurant.
