DO NOT BUY. DONT NOT BUY DO NOT BUY! THIS COMPANY STATES THEY SUPPORT WOMEN AND RECOVERY AND WOMEN OF ALL SHAPES AND SIZES HOWEVER THEIR PRODUCTS SHOW OTHERWISE. DO NOT BE FOOLED BUT VARIETY IN MODELS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR BEYOND BELIEF. WHEN SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER (Allen) HE HUNG UP ON ME.

My garment fit within a range and I had it triple checked. One part of it was in range but slightly towards the larger size. I called to inform this company of an uncomfortable fit. The manager Allen provided POOR customer service, he argued with me on the phone, degraded my concerns. He negated that all aspects of the garment fit and focused on the one that was on the higher size even though it was still within range. Saying well you are on the larger site of the range . I proceeded to ask what was the purpose of the range measurements regardless if someone was on the smaller or larger size of the range. They range is there for a reason. When I asked if he was there to offer customer service or argue with clients he stated if I wanted to argue with you I could just tell you how it is and tell you we can t do anything for you and that s how that s conversation is going to go. So that s how it s going to be . I then asked how someone who speaks in that tone could represent a company who s mission is to support people. I asked for his customer service identification number and he stated he didn t have one. I asked for the policy on how customers can identify who they spoke with and her refused. He then proceeded to say he had other work to do and didn t have time for this and then hung up the phone.

Please ladies do not buy from the company find another company that at the minimum provides quality customer service and values their customers. Or even a company that is true to their mission.
