I have been with 702 for the past 4 yrs.. Due to the non payment of the bill, if your service is disconnected you will be forced to pay not just the past due but also the bill which is upcoming to forego the disconnection fee. This is like blackmailing your customer. Will 702 communications refund money or hold accountability if there is interruption in service??? They don t because we are the customers. A lady named Rachel in the billing department is a very rude person and even went on to suggest me to switch to a different service which I would definitely do. I would never recommend 702 communications to anyone in the future.
