I will start off by saying we shopped around at all three local Volkswagen dealerships.The best experience by far was Southgate. There was no pressure tactics and nothing but professionalism.We were greeted by Jackson who guided us through the buying experience.It was my wife s first brand new vehicle and they went above and beyond.
The other dealerships were more concerned with smack talking and not delivering on the promised low prices.Southgate were upfront and straightforward in all aspects.We would highly recommend them and love the new VW golf.We will definitely return when we upgrade our older Jetta next year.
Thank you again to Jackson for making our purchase a pleasant one from start to finish.
