Glenn went above and beyond for me during the process and was very patient with me given that this was my first time buying a home. I found Glenn reassuring and felt that all of my options had been explored and fully explained to me. I didn't feel any pressure to commit to anything I was unsure of and found the process of applying for a home loan much less intimidating than I originally had imagined thanks to the support I received.
