Mr. RA Reissenberger successfully rejected the termination of a tenancy without notice due to a delay in payment of the proportionate operating costs due to the lack of a power of attorney and an unfounded claim for additional costs with an excellent letter to the landlord.
Appointments could also be made at short notice on Friday afternoons, and advice was very competent and pleasant. The matter was then clarified to our fullest satisfaction by Mr. Reissenberger.
