Passengers are directed to the gate but are not allowed to enter the lounge as the automatic doors to the lounge are closed. The passengers of two planes crammed into a small corridor with far too few chairs, we had to sit on the floor. My flight was delayed, but NOBODY - flight attendants, speaker announcements - told us how much delay was and what time the departure would be. In front of the gate itself, there are no displays that could show such information. Also no information about the delay on the website, passengers left alone, sitting on the floor due to insufficient chairs. To all this, as "icing on the cake" you can add machines that "eat" money, and instead of tea, give you only a cup of boiling water.
