Professional service. Their customer service rep was very nice, the technician Merrick came around the time he was supposed to come. He was courteous, worked fast, knew what he was doing. All in all the experience was very smooth and I am very happy with the service and with being able to use my washing machine again. I would definitely hire these guys next time.
