Made a previous negative review regarding the billing department and my dissatisfaction with how my charges were handled. I received a response from the hospital admin and spoke with Michelle. Michelle was extremely helpful and not only listened to my concerns, but addressed them promptly. Although I still paid more than originally anticipated, I feel that she did what was right by me and for that, I am very appreciative. Most people wouldn't take the time to offer a positive update to a negative experience turned around but I am not doing this as a favor. I genuinely appreciate the local feel of the customer service I received and I want it known. Stillwater Medical Center has a great asset in Michelle. Thanks again for your diligence.
