Bad advertising on the website and even worse cust...

Bad advertising on the website and even worse customer service. I mean it's not fair to say all staff is bad; it was just the manager I dealt with in my case. It's no wonder they keep her locked in the office in the back. The website says terrain park is open at 10am everyday and apparently that doesn't mean it's open. I asked for some sort of discount to return when the park is open and that was not happening on her watch. Even worse the park is 99% complete. It just needs someone to grab a rake and finish it up. So sad seeing ski hills lose the customer service they once were so famous for. I know those hills are still out there but unfortunately I won't be spending any of my cash at this resort again.
