I have a great experience with Luis Martinez my salesman he treated my son and me with the outmost respect and courtesy, the process of buying my car went seamless and without a problem.
I explained that I was replacing a E350 tha was a total lost in an accident the previous month, he understood the need for the process to be as a smooth as posible.

My problems started in the finance department, I supply the information needed to make the sale process go smoothly here I stated about the accident and the need for the replacement of my car finance seems to be satisfied with all my information, We got out of the dealer satisfied and believe tha they will take care of the resr of the paperwork.
Two days later irecieved an email asking for more information about the insurance claim, which I supplied,
Two days later I recieved a call from Mr. Walter Bernal to solicit more information ont the insurance claim
Once again I explained unfortunately he was not satisfied and praced to rater unprofesional asking for information that I felt was uncalled for, untill I decided that the best way to deal with the situation was to return the car to the dealer.
Fortunately Luis come to me rescue he went to work and save sae fot this dealer.
Very unpleasant experience with the finace department.
