Worst hospital. Waiting 9am is quite normal, no awareness of the staff. They wait for patients to die in waiting rooms to respond.
Not only the infrastructure is worthy of a prison, but the staff is non-existent: between coffee break and fourire chained .. 1 single doctor was available for ALL patients. But what kind of urgency is it?

Between despair and pain, many people could not even get up when called (if we did).

We must seriously think to question ourselves. Where are the human values? Or leave our paid taxes ....

As Canada is considered a developed country, I believe that these hospitals are more degraded than those of the worst countries in Africa.
