The customer service that I just encountered with ...

The customer service that I just encountered with Darlene, in reservstion over the phone was very poor and unacceptable . I love coming to the resort however, when dealing with the public I shouldn't have to remind an employee at Massanutten Resort
I'm the customer, not to interrupt me while I'm talking, automatically assume what I want - without me saying when asking for the name of her manager and speaking to me
with a slight attitude in her tone . If I have questions you should be able to answer them without making me feel I'm bothering you, at work.
