On one occasion I CALLED THEM to sort it out and one woman had to audacity to threaten me that if I dont pay soon they could take me to court and sue me! I already paid. I already told her that. And I'm the one calling to fix your mistake. But you think you can threaten me? Not to mention I've tried faxing evidence of paying them 3 times as every fax I send is denied!
