I have dealt with the team at BTO sports for 4-5 years, with purchases exceeding $15K. All my orders have successfully arrived in the Middle East, in perfect condition. The guys always communicate if there is a delay (usually due to a part that's not immediately in stock) and together we decide on how best to move forward. In some cases they have even upgraded my shipping for no charge, due to the weight or size and value of the order.
