By far the worst customer service for anything iv ever had. They will literally leave you on hold for 45 mins. Their app is terrible even though they are a billion dollar bank ... they dont care about their customers truly or else they would upgrade their systems and not allow their customers to be on hold for more than 15 mins. The app also has no chart. Crypto for the win, decentralization is what we need
