I have had extremely poor service from both the sales department and the managerial department. Both Richard Schlatter and Jonathan Ortiz should be ashamed of their poor customer service skills and should be reprimanded and/or re-trained. My family and I will never step foot on their lot ever again, and we will re-direct all family and friends who inquire about their services to a more reputable and honest dealership.
On September 7th, my wife and I paid a visit to their dealership because they had a vehicle with the exact specs that we have been looking for. We were met by Jonathan who took us around their lot to find this vehicle. After looking around for about 10 minutes, Jonathan said that the vehicle was in transit and should arrive on or around September 16th. He mentioned that we can put a $500 deposit so that we may be the first ones to look at and make an offer for this vehicle. We agreed and Jonathan said he would call us once the vehicle arrives.
September 16th arrives and we have yet to hear back. I called their office on September 17th and asked to speak with Jonathan. The receptionist asked for my information so that she may look up the status of our deposit. We find out quickly that OUR NUMBERS WERE NEVER INPUTTED INTO THEIR SYSTEM. How were they supposed to contact us if our number wasn't in their system in first place?? We were very disappointed and upset and requested a refund of our deposit. We were transferred to Richard Schlatter, a manager who supposedly had the power to process the refund. He said to expect the refund in the next couple of days. 2 weeks later, no refund.
I have had it with the con artists that they call employees. We have settled a dispute with our bank to get our deposit back. I know deep in my heart that if I try to contact them, they would give us the run around AGAIN and refuse to give us our money back. I want to make sure that this information is known to everyone who even thinks of stepping foot on to their lot. My personal advice: don't waste your time.
It is October 2nd and the vehicle they said would be on the lot is still not on their lot.
